2. Get a heart-rate monitor – and use it! A great way to combat heart disease is through regular exercise.  It’s important that you’re engaging in proper aerobic activity though, and using a heart-rate monitor is a great way to ensure this.  The difference between aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise makes a big difference in the benefits to your cardiovascular system.  Tracking your exercise with a heart-rate monitor will help you make sure you’re burning fat to lower cholesterol and fight heart disease.

3. Get to your chiropractor!
